Using the Reggio Emilia method to early childhood education, the workshops will be set up on a rotating schedule chosen by the children during afternoon assembly. There will always be 2 workshops going simultaneously in the afternoons. Each workshop will have a list of project ideas to explore. Below is an example of the practice of using questions to allow the children to build theories and explore any subject matter with more depth:

  • Exploring Drawing.
  • What is drawing? How is it done? What can be drawn?
  • Exploring Instruments.
  • How do instruments work? How can we make an Instrument(s)? How can we use the instruments?
  • Exploring Songwriting.
  • Where is music made? How are songs made? How can we write a song? How can we keep our song forever? How can other people hear our song?
  • Exploring Storytelling.
  • What are stories? How are stories made? How can we make stories? What can we use them for?
